MAKE A PAYMENT

Guardians will be asked to allow assistants who tutor and provide homework help to contact classroom teachers.
Communication between guardians and teachers will ensure that students are gaining the most benefit from the services offered at WCA.
Guardian will be asked to ensure that their children attend tutoring and home help when scheduled along with any additional enrichment classes.
Guardians are expected to contact the school if their child will be absent due to illness.
We encourage guardians to come and participate in any of the S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) enrichment clubs.
Guardians are expected to fulfill their TASK hours

Tutoring, Homework Help, and S.T.E.M. Clubs will require highly qualified volunteers.
Each volunteer will pass a full background check before working with WCA students.
Volunteers will provide a safe, loving environment for our students.
